CF Gear Holdings was formed in December 2004 as a limited liability company.  Our vision is to build value in the US small-mid market manufacturing strata through organic and inorganic growth.

Rishi Chandra and Salisha Chandra are the principal members of CF Gear Holdings LLC, which currently holds two subsidiaries: CF Metals LLC DBA Process Gear and CF Plastics LLC DBA Bengal Industries.
