Key members of this team are detailed below:

John Guthrie, General Manager
John has been part of Bengal for more than fourteen years. He has a strong engineering and processing background and is a key member of the team for any customer/sales related inquiries.

Scott Key, Project Engineer
Scott has been with Bengal for more than twenty years. He has extensive and in-depth knowledge of process molding and tooling, and manages any new projects that Bengal is engaged in, as well as continuous improvement and management of the tool room.

Chris Valeski, Sales Manager
Chris has been with Bengal for more than ten years.  He has a solid background in processing, materials and tooling design which enhances his ability to decipher new projects and provide competitive quotations.

Jody Medero, Quality Assurance Manager
Jody has been operating in the quality arena for over 20 years and has a background in a variety of businesses.  His experience as a quality manager in military contracting and other commercial interests provides the solid footing needed for a quality department.

Stephen Williamson, Materials & Logistics Manager
Stephen has been with Bengal for 4 years  and is responsible for all the logistics behind job scheduling and material purchases. He has a background in materials management in a variety of industries.

Greg Olson, Production Manager
Greg has worked his way up at Bengal over the last 5 years to his current position as production manager. His experience covers all aspects of injection molding, including supervisory, materials management and continuous improvement.
